Provide validation support to the IS department in regards to the artifacts needed for software validation under LSR. Act as primary source for LSR and validation related documents and templates; creating, modifying, and editing these as needed. Provide LSR validation activities including Proof Book maintenance, Intended Use and Assessment creation, as well as creation and/or execution of test protocols and their summaries. Ensure local documentation is kept up to date with Corporate documentation for LSR, SCR, and GSM processes. Work in close harmony with Documentation Control to ensure timely processing of documentation changes and document storage. Create and maintain local IS procedures.
 Provide accounting support such as preparation and posting of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and SOX testing. Perform SAP User Acceptance Testing as needed. Support SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse Reporting as required. Support and recommend improvements in SAP and related work processes. Work with bank personnel regarding cash application issues. Special projects as assigned.
Perform duties in all shipping, receiving and warehousing functions in compliance with cGMPs. Daily utilization of enterprise systems to generate transaction data, documents, reports and in the performance of other material handling logistics tasks. He/She will ensure that purchase orders and deliveries match upon receipt, make appropriate adjustments and advise as necessary. Execute deliveries from the dock and warehouse to departments and associates. Correct and assist in correcting errors. Maintain warehouse in compliance with departmental housekeeping and cGMP policies. Communicate with purchasing, accounting, vendors and warehouse management as required to perform duties. Comply with applicable safety, occupational health, loss prevention and environmental requirements.
The Business Analyst will provide consulting and project management services to legal department personnel including problem definition, data gathering and analysis relative to legal department operations, processes and technology that support the legal department’s strategic initiatives. This includes documenting requirements for processes, technology and reporting needs, as well as creating and conducting training to facilitate adherence/usage and providing support in managing projects. The business analyst will contribute as a team member to legal department projects.
